The service coordinates a building requirement and the quotations that come back. It is an independent sourcing partner. It does not own a fabricating plant, it does not stamp drawings, and it does not stand in for the brand a buyer typed into search.

Brief
The buyer records occupancy, module dimensions, and whether the package is shell or a wider scope. Missing wind or snow values stay blank on purpose.

Possible factories are approached for an alternative system. Matching means the request was sent. It does not mean a plant was audited by this desk.

Compare
Returned sheets are lined up on scope, currency, delivery basis, and deviations. A lower number with a thinner scope is flagged, not celebrated.

Open engineering, permitting, and commercial questions are assigned to a person. The buyer and the project professionals keep the decision.

Customer counts, acreage, and delivery percentages published by other companies are left with those companies.
No mixed code labels

No single price language
A kit, a delivered module, an installed shell, and a turnkey building are priced on different responsibilities. They are not one market rate.
No silent substitution
A change in steel grade, coating, insulation, or who hires the crane is a deviation. It needs a written buyer decision.

If the search began with a brand, keep that name as the reference and add the six index lines. The desk can organize the questions. It cannot certify the answer.
