HarborWorks Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the HarborWorks Sourcing website. The site is an independent sourcing desk for business buyers who want alternative modular buildings, portable buildings, or steel-structure quotations compared. It is not premier modular, not a manufacturer or authorized dealer, and not an affiliate of any brand named in a search phrase.

What the desk does

The desk receives a written requirement and may organize questions for factories that can quote an alternative. Sending a form is a request for that coordination. It is not an order, a contract of sale, or a promise that a particular plant will respond. Catalog names are inquiry options. They are not a stock list and they are not a compatibility certificate for a named brand.

What the desk does not do

HarborWorks Sourcing does not manufacture buildings, does not claim a factory, and does not provide structural engineering, architecture, or legal advice. Code compliance, including any discussion of IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, or AWS D1.1, is a document request unless a qualified professional accepts it for the project jurisdiction. Load values, module dimensions, and scope labels that you omit cannot be invented to complete a comparison.

Quotations and money

Factory prices, freight, taxes, and installation remain subject to the supplier’s own offer. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey scopes are different purchases. A figure that mixes them is not treated as one price. No saving percentage is published, because this desk does not hold a same-scope market file. Any note about up to 3% sourcing support is limited to the eligibility statement shown on the site: it applies only to qualified business buyers and only after product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements are reviewed. It is not a guaranteed discount.

Your brief

You are responsible for the accuracy of the use, dimensions, loads, quantity, destination, and commercial constraints you submit. Optional budget and supplier preference are your notes. A preference for premium, mid-range, budget, or undecided is not a verified rating of a factory. Do not send confidential drawings you are not allowed to share. The desk may decline a request that asks for the original brand product, for a fake affiliation, or for a price comparison that hides the scope.

Site content

Page text explains a procurement method. It is not a warranty of availability, lead time, or fitness for a site. Third-party names appear only as search references. Their trademarks remain theirs. You may not copy the site into a dealer advertisement or alter the independence statement.

Liability limit

To the extent the law allows, HarborWorks Sourcing is not liable for a supplier’s late ship date, a rejected permit, a design error in a factory calculation, or a loss that follows from an incomplete brief. Project decisions stay with you and with the professionals you hire. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.

Changes

These terms may be updated by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after the posting is the acceptance of the revised text. Questions about a specific building requirement belong in the contact form, not in a separate legal hotline, because no separate hotline is operated.
