HarborWorks Sourcing Privacy Policy
This policy describes how HarborWorks Sourcing handles information that a business buyer submits while asking for alternative building quotations. The site is an independent sourcing partner. It is not a brand storefront and it does not sell consumer mailing lists.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for a name, work email, optional phone, company, and a procurement requirement. The requirement may include building use, module dimensions, design loads, code jurisdiction, quantity, destination, delivery timing, and scope. If JavaScript is available, an optional budget, currency, per-unit or whole-project basis, and a supplier preference can be added to that same requirement when the form is submitted. Those extra notes are not separate database fields in this template. If JavaScript is off, the placeholder asks you to type them into the requirement box yourself.
Why it is used
The brief is used to decide whether a factory comparison is possible and to pass the stated requirement to suppliers who may quote an alternative. Email and phone are used to reply about that brief. The desk does not use the form to build a public testimonial, a customer count, or a ranking of factories. A supplier preference you select is stored only as your instruction, not as a score the desk verified.
What is not collected here
The template does not include a file upload, a payment card field, or a map that drops a pin on an address. No street address is published because none is on file for this desk. Do not place bank details or government identity numbers in the requirement box. Drawings you describe in words are still your content; send only what you have the right to share with potential suppliers.
Cookies and the sourcing notice
The browser may store a first-shown time for the sourcing-support notice and a session flag if you hide the ticker. That storage keeps the notice inside its display window. It is not used to profile job sites or to follow you across other companies. Essential operation of the page may also rely on the host’s ordinary server logs, such as the time a form was posted.
Sharing
A requirement is shared with sourcing staff and, when you ask for quotations, with factories asked to price an alternative. It is not sold as a lead product. Suppliers who receive a brief act under their own duties. HarborWorks Sourcing does not control a supplier’s later marketing.
Retention and requests
Briefs are kept long enough to finish the comparison you requested and to answer a follow-up about the same project. You may ask, through the same form, that a particular email thread be corrected or deleted, subject to any record the desk must keep for a dispute about what was sent. The site is aimed at business buyers in the United States. If a different privacy law applies to you, say so in the requirement so the reply can address it. This page may be revised by posting a newer copy. The date of a revision is the date the page is replaced on the site.
